In 1977, we began our first state wide transportation network, known as Medi-Vans.

We saw a need throughout the area for affordable and accessible transportation for individuals who could not otherwise drive themselves. 

At Medi-Vans, an emphasis was placed on achieving the highest level of training and safety possible. This standard led the University of Wisconsin to encourage us to expand our driving services to include an educational driving program. 

Excel Driving Center, Inc. was thus created, bringing to the public a center which offers a variety of services based on our philosophy of quality, safety and education.
